How Do I Subscribe?

If you have not previously registered with the site, you should click on any of the 'Subscribe' buttons found on the Home page.

This will take you to the registration page, where you will be able to enter your personal details. Following this process you will be able to login to the site and will be automatically taken to the secure payment area. As above, after you have completed this section, you will have instant access to the premium content and confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you use to register.

The subscriptions that you subscribe to will be a repeating subscription until cancelled by you or for as long as the payments are kept up to date unless your subscription is for a specific event i.e. tournament/day pass. If you subscribe to an annual or monthly repeating package you will need to make sure you cancel 10 working days before renewal or you will be billed for the next period of your subscription.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your account please ensure that you are logged in and then go to the "My Account" page (link in top right hand corner when logged in). Please select the 'Unsubscribe' tab and click the 'Unsubscribe Button' alternatively please send an email to customerservices@performgroup.com with your username and cancellation request.

Please be advised that 10 working days notice is required for cancellation on this product, cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period.
