My app doesn’t work/I can’t log-in to the app
There could be many reasons why you are not successfully using the Tennis TV app.
Is your username and password correct?
Please check your username and password. If you subscribed before December 2016 and have not yet reset your password, please follow the instructions here. Remember, this is your Tennis TV username and password and NOT the password to your iTunes account.
Are you logged in already?
Check via the left hand menu (accessible via the “burger” icon top left) If it says Log Out at the bottom and you can see My Account, you are logged in BUT there is no subscription on your device. If you have paid already, you may need to Restore (see below).
Have you restored your purchase? If you have bought via iTunes, have you tried to RESTORE your purchase? This can be achieved on the page where you see the prices (below). Please select Restore previous purchases.
Please note: Restore Purchase will only work with subscriptions bought via iTunes. If you bought your subscription via Tennis TV, you need to Log In.
Do you have the right app?
The old TennisTV app is no longer in use. The old app icon looks like this on your device. Please delete this app and go to the iTunes Store to get the new Tennis TV app.
