I’m a subscriber, but my password doesn’t work on Tennis TV
If you are a registered user or subscriber from before 19th December 2019, you will need to reset your password in order to access Tennis TV again.
How to reset your password
Resetting your password is easy and will only take a few minutes.
Step 1. Click here to reset your password.
Step 2. Enter your email address and press submit.
Step 3. You will shortly receive an email with instructions and a link to change your password. Once this has been changed, you will receive a confirmation email of the password update.
Step 4. Visit Tennis TV and log in with your user name and new password.
I’m having issues resetting my password
If you are having issues resetting your password, please follow these steps:
- Check you have entered your email address correctly on the reset password page
- Check that the email address you have entered is the same as the one that is linked to your account
- The reset password email might take some time to come through, please be patient but if you do not receive this at all please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Resetting your password on a desktop device
If you are visiting the Tennis TV website on a desktop, you can follow these steps to reset your password.
Step 1. Click on the Log In button in the top right corner
Step 2. Click on ‘Forgot Password?’
Step 3. Enter your email address and press submit. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
You may also reset your password via the Tennis TV app on mobile:

Step 2. Click Reset your Password
Step 3. Enter your email address and press CONFIRM. You will shortly be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
