I’ve received an email from Tennis TV telling me to reset my password – is this real?
Tennis TV has recently changed user identity providers as part of our platform upgrade for 2020. As part of this user migration, all Tennis TV account holders will have to reset their password. Whether you are an active subscriber, had a subscription in the past or simply have a registered account, you will need to reset your password in order to resume access to your account.
We recently sent an email from Tennis TV (firstname.lastname@example.org) advising all users to reset their password. You will have received this email between the 5th and the 9th December.
From the 19th December, all users are required to reset their password and can do so via the Log In page. For further instructions on how to reset your password, please click here.
If you have any issues resetting your password, please contact email@example.com. Users should not create an additional account if they are having issues.
