We comply with data protection legislation such as the Data Protection Act 1998. This policy regulates the processing of personal data relating to you and grants you various rights in respect of your personal data.


The aim of this policy is to tell you how we will use any personal data you provide through this website.  Please read it carefully before you proceed.




In order to provide you with the services you require, we will obtain personal information about you (and your parent or guardian if you are under 16) from our websites, through any of our apps that you use and from telephone conversations, emails and written and verbal communications. We use a specialist third party payment company to process your payment information if you choose to subscribe to our fee-paying services.   We do not receive any of your payment card details.



Tennis Properties Limited is owned by a number of other organisations that provide the ATP tennis tournaments (the ATP Tournament Operators). A full list of the ATP Tournament Operators is available on our help pages.


From time to time we and the ATP Tournament Operators secure sponsors and other commercial partners (together Sponsors & Partners).



Tennis Properties would like to contact you and/or any person whose information you provide to us to invite you to enjoy other services, to provide newsletters and to provide details of offers and opportunities that are available and about a range of other initiatives available from us. 


Additionally, we and the ATP Tournament Operators would like to contact you and/or any person whose information you provide to provide details of offers and opportunities that are available from the ATP Tournament Operators and/or the Sponsors & Partners. 


Typically, the communication methods used for these invitations and offers would be by post, telephone, text/picture/video message, email or by personalised on-screen message.
