After winning the title at the Rogers Cup with Marcel Granollers, Horacio Zeballos teamed up with fellow Argentine Diego Schwartzman as they met alternates Adrian Mannarino and Lucas Pouille - who replaced Dominic Thiem and Jan-Lennard Struff - in the first round in Cincinnati.
